PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a molded body by pressing, without causing a break of a sheet showing little elongation. SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method for a paper sheet molded body wherein a paper sheet S is molded by pressing, a multiaxial press equipped with a plurality of punches 1 to 5 is used and recess parts 21 and projection parts 22 are formed by driving these punches 1 to 5 individually. Since no large tensile force acts on the paper sheet S, the paper sheet S is not broken in molding even when it shows little elongation. Besides, the paper sheet S can be positioned accurately and the molded body excellent in precision can be manufactured efficiently. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
