摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase reliability of determination results in a fluorescence determination system for determining the texture characteristics of subject parts based on fluorescence emitted from the subject parts irradiated with excitation light. SOLUTION: A narrow band fluorography and a wide band fluorography are acquired by a CCD imaging element 101 from the fluorescence emitted from an observation area 1 irradiated with the excitation light Le. An IR reflecting image being the reflected light of the observation area 1 irradiated with near infrared light Ls is acquired. A standardizing fluorescence computation value is obtained by a fluorescence computation value-calculating unit 307 by dividing a pixel of the narrow band fluorography by a pixel of the wide band fluorography for respective pixels. A fluorescence yield computation value is obtained by dividing the pixel of the wide band fluorography by a pixel of the IR reflecting image. By a determining unit 309, the subject part 2 is decided as an unclean biological texture with an adhered mucus or residue based on the two-dimensional distribution points of these computation values and computation value distribution information being two-dimensional distributions of a standardizing fluorescence computation value obtained from a clean biological texture stored in a storage unit 308 and a fluorescence yield computation value.
