PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescence measuring instrument for correctly measuring fluorescence from a region to be measured by washing out residual materials from the region to be measured in a subject existing in front of a probe. SOLUTION: The distal end of an exciting light guide 501 for irradiation with an exciting light, that of a fluorescent light guide 502 for conducting fluorescence, and that of an air and water supply pipe 503 for supplying air and water are arranged on the distal end surface of the probe 5. A diagnostic auxiliary apparatus 3 internally comprises: a pump 33 for introducing air or washing water to the air and water supply pipe 503; a duct changeover device 34; and a bottle 32.
