PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for supplying a weighed dough, capable of quantitatively cutting a continuous dough to a specified weight for supplying it. SOLUTION: A feeding conveyor 2 for conveying the continuous dough 1, a weighing conveyor 4 connected to the feeding conveyor 2, and a cutting device 3 for cutting the dough 1 conveyed to the weighing conveyor 4 from the feeding conveyor 2 are provided. Based on the calculation performed by the weighing conveyor 4, the dough 1 fed on the weighing conveyor 4 is weighed at every unit length or unit time, while the change quantity of weight or a change rate at every unit length or unit time is calculated to estimate and calculate the dough weight at every unit length or unit time to be supplied next. Based on the weighed value and the predictively calculated value, a command signal for cutting operation is outputted from a control device 44 to the cutting device 3 of the dough 1 to cut the dough 1. The total weight of the dough 1 is weighed by the weighing conveyor 4, compared with a predetermined setting value to correct the cutting length of the dough 1 by changing a coefficient for correcting the weighed value.
