PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an animal droppings and urine treating material with high degree of deodorization of absorbed droppings or urine and with good discarding processability at a low cost. SOLUTION: (1) The animal droppings and urine treating material includes rice bran and defatted rice bran. (2) The treating material comprises the rice bran and the defatted rice bran as main components and a vegetable adhesive, an inorganic filler, and a dry bean curd refuse as supplements.
