The invention relates to a protective cover for video cameras which can be introduced into openings, preferably openings of the human or animal body. The protective cover is an additional casing of the camera housing which can be attached to and detached from the camera housing in a simple manner and which tightly encloses the camera housing and the parts linked therewith such as parts of the connecting cable. The protective cover prevents liquids, especially body fluids, from penetrating the camera housing. |
