Additive used in production of moisture-hardenable urethane or urea group-containing compositions by reaction of polyisocyanates with compounds containing >=2 reactive hydrogen atoms is an anhydrous material comprising graphite, microporous activated carbon, a hydrocarbon molecular sieve, an amorphous, microporous silica gel, an aluminosilicate and/or a crystalline microporous molecular sieve based on metal oxides, metal phosphates or zeolites.
