The hollow wall box has a base, a peripheral wall and an opening opposite to the base. The peripheral wall has one or more through passages for an installation tube. The hollow wall box has a separate spout for the installation tube. The spout is fixed in the through passage of the hollow wall box. A drill templet (1-6) makes non-circular holes in a wall, comprising a positioning part (7) with a support part (8) located on the periphery of a circular cylinder and a templet part located eccentrically in respect of the support part. The templet part is for the periphery of a hole bore.
