<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and rapidly receive an offer of contents. <P>SOLUTION: In a selection shop established on a network, a sales Pokyara (R) selected by the owner of the selection shop is prepared. To the sales Pokyara (R) that is displayed when the select shop is accessed, an area in a Pokyara (R) database 10 which stories information on each sales Pokyara (R) is linked. When a sales Pokyara (R) that offers fortune-telling by "astrology" is selected by a user in the select shop 1, information stored in an area D of the Pokyara (R) database 10 is transmitted to the user's appliance, and the image of the character of the sales Pokyara (R) is displayed on a display part of the device. By the displayed sales Pokyara (R), fortune-telling is performed by means of "astrology", and the result is offered to the user.
