<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing semi-liquidized fermented soybeans which are easy to eat, which are possible for long term preservation and which can be reduced in the weight of a waste product, an apparatus used for this manufacturing method and the semi-liquidized fermented soybeans. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the semi-liquidized fermented soybeans obtained by semi-liquidizing solid fermented soybeans semi-liquidizes the solid fermented soybeans by passing them through a filter in which holes which exhibit a tapering conical shape are formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
