<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling temperatures by detecting the characteristics of an electronic (electric) element whose characteristics change due to the temperatures by measuring a change in the electric characteristics of the element without separately using a sensor and by controlling the element. <P>SOLUTION: The temperature controlling method for the element is provided, where characteristics are changed by the temperatures, the temperature-electric characteristics of the electronic element that functions due to energization is captured as a temperature detection signal, and the amount of current and voltage to be energized to the elements is controlled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
