<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellulose acylate film having uniform thickness unevenness by reducing casting unevenness, wherein bleeding of an additive for satisfying various required characteristics is eliminated and a material can be effectively utilized, and to provide a manufacturing process. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing process for the cellulose acylate film includes a liquid adjusting process for adjusting a polymerizable unsaturated monomer and/or a polymerizable unsaturated monomer having functional group and a cellulose acylate dope composition containing a photopolymerization initiator, a casting process for casting the dope composition, and a polymerization process for polymerizing the polymeizable monomer, wherein casting speed is made 30m/min or lower. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
