<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of abnormality in signals in a level shifter caused when a TFT having a relatively slow operation rate is used to integrate a drive circuit in a liquid crystal display. <P>SOLUTION: Abnormality in signals is prevented by setting the size of a transistor in the level shifter 11. The output of the level shifter 11 is inputted into a gate circuit 11 which controls timing, and the subsequent circuits are driven by the output signals of the gate circuit 11. By constituting the above circuits, abnormality in signals caused in the level shifter 11 does not influence the signals in the subsequent circuits of the level shifter 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
