PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture centrifuge tube low in price, easy to handle, having high rigidity and strengths and withstanding a high centrifugal acceleration, and an angle rotor for supporting the cap of the culture centrifuge tube at the time of high-speed centrifugal separation to prevent the deformation of the cap. SOLUTION: A housing hole 10a formed to the angle rotor to house the culture centrifuge tube 20 is constituted of a tube housing part 10f and a cap housing part 10g. The cap housing part 10g has an almost columnar shape to surround the region 22e of a part reaching a predetermined position going toward the base end part 22H of the annular part 22B of the cap 22 from the free end 22I thereof over the whole periphery thereof. An annular groove 22a, in which the opening part 21B of a tube container 21 is fitted, is formed at the boundary position of a disc part 22A and the annular part 22B constituting the cap 22 and the opening end 22b of the annular groove 22a is allowed to coincide with one surface 22C of the disc part 22A.
