PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera in which a photographer can freely determine the position of a release button. SOLUTION: A plurality of connectors 14 are provided on all the surfaces of a camera 10, and each connector can be used for a release button by attaching a release button unit 12. Thus, the position of the release button can be arbitrarily selected with the connectors 14 which are provided in plurality on the surfaces of the camera according to whether a photograph is taken in a vertical position or in close-up, whether the photographer is right handed or left handed or according to the preferences of a photographer. Release button units 12 can be attached in plurality on the camera 10 at the same time. Since the release button units 12 attached in plurality can be also used as the release button, they are especially effective when photographing is made by changing over between the vertical and the horizontal position.
