PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing method for outputting image data that is highly precisely interpolated and image data which is highly precisely converted into the other color system on the basis of image data obtained by a triangular lattice-like color filter of delta arrangement and the like and to provide an image processing program, and an image processor. SOLUTION: Picture data of delta arrangement composed of color components of RGB is obtained. An interpolation processing is performed in a triangular lattice-like pixel position of delta arrangement. Image data of the triangular lattice-like pixel position, which is interpolated, is outputted. In the interpolation processing, a pixel having the color component being an object of interpolation present at a periphery, is interpolated by using color information of not only a first adjacent pixel which is apart by one pixel pitch but also a second adjacent pixel which is apart by two pixel pitches.
