PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting element for electrically adhering and fixing an electronic component with a circuit board or a circuit board with another, and at the same time electrically connecting electrodes of the both, and a connection structure of the electrodes using the same. SOLUTION: The connecting element is a conductive sheet having conductivity in a pressurized direction consisting of a conductive material coated with an insulating layer, that is an insulation coating particle, and a binder, on either or both faces of which, an insulating adhesive layer with a lower fusion viscosity at connection than the above sheet is formed. The connection structure of the electrodes is so made that the conductive sheet exist between electrode rows facing each other, be in contact with opposing connecting electrodes and the conductive material, and the adhesive layer cover the surroundings of at least protruding electrodes.
