PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver halide photographic sensitive material having good transportability and capable of obtaining an image optimum for use in a photomechanical process. SOLUTION: In the silver halide photographic sensitive material having at least one silver halide emulsion layer on one face of a support, at least one non-photosensitive hydrophilic colloidal layer on the emulsion layer and at least one non-photosensitive hydrophilic colloidal layer on the other back face of the support, the coefficient of static friction of the back face to the smooth surface of a rubber sheet having a rubber hardness of 80±10°at a linear velocity of 600 cm/min is≥0.9.
