PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air environment in a vehicle or house with rich negative ion which is favorable for human health. SOLUTION: In this negative ion generating clip 20 for air conditioner, a metal sheet made of an iron material, an aluminum material, a stainless steel material, etc. is bent into the U-shape by press processing and so on, and on a wind-direction baffle plate at an air blowing-out part of an air conditioner, a negative ion generating powdery paint is applied on an air contact face (on the surfaces of a folded part 22 and a clip plates 21A and 21B) in the state where a pair of the clip plates 21A and 21B are interposed. Since this clip is so processed that a gap between the clip plates 21A and 21B gets gradually narrower from the folded part 22 to a tip end 23 in press processing, a main body functions also as a spring and stably attached to the wind direction baffle plate.
