PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently secure the permeability of an underground wall without causing a structural disadvantag. SOLUTION: This water flow device includes an expansible water flow pipe 22, and a hydraulic jack as principal components. The water flow pipe 22 is a double pipe composed of steel-made inner pipe 22a and outer pipe 22b. The open end of the inner pipe 22a is located on the natural ground side A, and closed by a water permeable material 26. The water permeable 26 is composed of a water permeable mat 26a and a biodegrading plastic sheet 26b attached to locate on the natural ground side A of the water permeable mat 26a. The open end of the outer piper 22b is located on the excavation side B and closed by an inner end plate 28 to be opened and closed. The tip of each hydraulic jack 24 expanded toward the natural ground side A is fixed to the back side of the outer end plate 32, and a reaction force plate 34 is fixed to the tip of each jack expanded toward the excavation side B. The jack 24 is driven before placing concrete, and the outer end plate 32 and the reaction force plate 34 are pressed to the excavation wall surface. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
