PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the disadvantage wherein although a pin pivoting an offset rod is fixed by fixing a plate fixed to the pin with a bolt, the bolt is exposed on the offset rod to come into contact with an obstacle, thereby the bolt is damaged. SOLUTION: This super-small swing working machine includes: a first boom 10 fitted to the side of an operating part of a swing frame to freely turn up and down; a second boom 11 fitted to the tip of the first boom to freely swing in the lateral direction; a third boom 12 fitted to the second boom to swing in the lateral direction; an arm 13 fitted to the third boom to turn in the vertical direction; and an attachment 14 for work, which is fitted to the tip of the arm, wherein the attachment for work can be offset in the lateral direction by the lateral swinging of the second boom.
