PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellently transportable box-shaped base frame which compositely forms a foundation base by piling. SOLUTION: The base frame 1 is provided with a base 2 constituting a foundation base together with the base 2 of other base frames 1 and a plurality of legs 3 supporting the base 2. Since the legs 3 can be collapsed and miniaturized as the whole base frame 1 through a hinge 4, the transportability and containability can be improved. Moreover, since a positioning recess 28 for accepting the lower end 35 of the leg 3 of the other base frame 1 and positioning it, is formed, it is made possible to pile up the base frames while positioning the base frame 1 and a plurality of base frames 1 can be securely and easily piled up as compared with such a case that mutual base frames are connected together through a connection member such as gumming paper.
