PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel body which is easily manufactured and composed of side frame materials, and inner glass and outer glass, arranged in the state of facing each other at an interval. SOLUTION: This panel body 1 is equipped with one-side side frame material 8 which is arranged along one side edge of laminated glass 7, and the other-side side frame material 9 which is arranged along the other side edge of the laminated glass 7; each of the frame materials 8 and 9 has a base plate 17 which is provided in a position to face a side surface 7a of the laminated glass 7, and a protrusive streak part 19 which is located between the inner glass 13 and outer glass 11 of the laminated glass 7 and abuts on an outside surface 25 of the inner glass 13 and an inside surface 26 of the outer glass 11; a resin material 16 for bonding the the inner glass 13 and the outer glass 11 makes the inner glass 13 and the outer glass 11 bonded to the frame material 8, and makes the inner glass 13 and the outer glass 11 bonded to the frame material 9; and the frame materials 8 and 9 make the resin material 16 contained between the inner glass 13 and the outer glass 11.
