PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for administration of buspirone in therapeutically effective amount for tobacco craving and treatment for addiction. SOLUTION: The transdermal drug delivery device for tobacco craving and treatment for addiction comprises (a) an effective amount of dissolved buspirone, (b) one or more kinds of solubilizing agents dissolving the buspirone and suppressing recrystalization of the buspirone and (c) one or more kind of pressure sensitive adhesives.
