摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger integrated type reactor in which temperature distribution in a reaction vessel can be kept uniform in a gas flowing direction, recovery efficiency of thermal energy is improved and which uses a solid catalyst or a solid reaction agent. SOLUTION: The reactor has the reaction vessel (1) equipped with the heat exchanger(5) and a heater (2) in its outer cylinder (6). An upper part of the heat exchanger (5) is connected with the reaction vessel (1), the heat exchanger (5) and the outer cylinder (6) surrounding the heat exchanger (5) are fixed to each other by a flange (4) at their lower end parts, and a double tube (7) for introducing and discharging treating gas is connected to a lower end face of the heat exchanger (5). While being introduced from one among an inner tube and an outer tube of the duplex tube and being discharged from another, the treating gas is made to pass through the heat exchanger (5) and the reaction vessel (1).
