PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic water generation apparatus capable of safely generating a bacteria-removing electrolytic water by preventing the concentration of a bacteria-removing component of generated electrolytic water from becoming a predetermined concentration or more. SOLUTION: A water level sensor is provided in an electrolytic cell 13 and started immediately after electrolytic water is formed in the electrolytic cell 13. The water level sensor prevents the electrolysis between electrodes 21 by a prohibiting flag until the water level in the electrolytic cell 13 becomes zero. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
