PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair clip cover which can be attached later for preventing hair from being rolled into the fitting part of both of connection pieces or a spring member, and to provide a hair clip. SOLUTION: The hair-clip cover 10A comprises an annular part 11 adjacent to the side of the insert-holding parts 20a and 21a of the connection pieces 20c and 21c of the hair clip C. The annular part 11 is provided with an interposing part 11a for covering the engagement part 24 positioned at a part where the connection pieces 20c and 21c are fitted to each other.
