PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make rod operation easy and comfortable by stabilizing operation, reducing resistance of a line and preventing the line from being caught on something so as to make it easy to return the line to a guiding passage only by releasing the line after the line is drawn out by hand and used for fishing. SOLUTION: A part 10C on which a reel fixing device 18 is secured is disposed eccentrically to a main body 10A of a rod located forward of it via a joint part 10B and is provided with a guiding passage 28 which is formed approximately along a longitudinal direction of the rod from an outer corner G2 of a bent joint part of the joint part 10B and the main body of the rod, guides the line 24 drawn out from the reel fixing device into the interior of the main body of the rod, and the guiding passage 28 has an opening width outwardly expanded in the vicinity of an opened marginal part 29.
