PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feedback amplifier realizing characteristics of high sensitivity, a high gain, a broadband, and a wide dynamic range. SOLUTION: A separation circuit unit 202 separates an amplified signal path 203 from a feedback signal path 204, and an amplifier circuit unit 210 comprises: a common source FET with a resistance load; level adjustment diodes; and a source follower circuit. The separation circuit unit 202 comprises a source follower circuit, to an output part of which a feedback circuit unit 201 comprising a resistor is connected, and the feedback circuit unit 201 forms the feedback signal path 204 leading to an input terminal. The separation circuit unit 202 separates the amplified signal path 203 from the feedback signal path 204 to reduce the load of the respective signal paths. Thus, the load of the amplified signal path 203 and the feedback signal path 204 is reduced. Further, adjusting a delay time added by the separation circuit unit 202 to match a frequency domain wherein negative feedback is changed into positive feedback with a frequency domain wherein a gain of a negative feedback amplifier unit is reduced realizes a broadband gain.
