A pulsating vibration air generation means (1) in which wave height, frequency and wave shape of the pulsating vibration air can be optionally modified and such pulsating vibration air can be periodically and continuously emitted. The pulsating vibration air generation means (1) comprises a valve chamber (5) with an inlet port (2) and an outlet port (3) where a valve plug (7) and a valve seat (4) with a control opening (4a) are provided and a cam mechanism which moves valve plug (7) to open or close the opening (4a) of the valve seat (4), whereby positive or negative pulsating vibration air is emitted from the outlet port (3) while pressurized air is supplied into the inlet port (2) or air is sucked from the inlet port (2).
