A fastener with eccentric position control discs has the upper part of the shaft with a profiled cross section comprising a convex polygonal, and a lower threaded section. The polygonal cross section has a convex face flat faces and chamfers to provide a unique alignment for stamped eccentric discs with similar holes. The threaded part of the shaft and the connecting profile have smaller diameters than the polygonal shaft to allow the discs to be slid into place. The fastener is operated via a head concentric to the axis of the shaft.
