<p>Vehicles are fitted with digital audio broadcast, DAB, radios that also have a facility to evaluate an internal system parameter that is related to vehicle speed. The evaluation is based upon the difference between a stationary transmitter and moving receiver. The system value can be the base energy value and is evaluated using statistical methods.</p> |
