PURPOSE: A sealing structure of a fuel cell generator and a packing structure of a fuel cell are provided, to prevent the loss of the fuel and air at a joining part by assembling a generator by using a joining groove and a joining projection. CONSTITUTION: The fuel cell is provided with a generator which comprises a membrane-electrode assembly(104) comprising an electrolyte membrane whose both ends are adhered to an anode supplied with fuel and a cathode supplied with air; a bipolar plate(106) which is formed at the both sides of the membrane-electrode assembly and has a flow path where the fuel and air flow; a gasket(107) placed at the circumference between the bipolar plate and the membrane-electrode assembly, for sealing; and a current collector(108) formed on the outer face of the bipolar plates. A joining groove(201) is formed at one bipolar plate along the inner circumference, and a joining projection(202) to inserted into the joining groove is formed at the other bipolar plate along the inner circumference for blocking the loss of fuel or air.
