PURPOSE: A housing panel for forming an incoming/distributing board is provided to enhance an adiabatic characteristic of the incoming/distributing board by adhering a plated steel plate and a painted steel plate as nonflammable materials on an inner circumference and an outer circumference, respectively. CONSTITUTION: A housing panel for forming an incoming/distributing board includes a heat insulator(10), a plated steel plate(20), and a painted steel plate(30). The plated steel plate(20) is adhered on an inner circumference of the heat insulator(10). The painted steel plate(30) is adhered on an outer circumference of the heat insulator(10). The plated steel plate(20) and the painted steel plate(30) are adhered on the inner circumference and the outer circumference of the heat insulator(10) by using an adhesive.
