PURPOSE: A robot for transferring parts for a vehicle body is provided to transfer objects to another process one by one by preventing plural objects from being transferred together to another process. CONSTITUTION: A robot(100) for transferring parts for a vehicle body has a base(10); a rotary frame(20) rotatably mounted to the base; an arm shaft(30) rotatably mounted to the rotary frame; and a hanger assembly(40). The hanger assembly comprises a hanger body(41) mounted to the front end of the arm shaft; a first cylinder member combined to the hanger body; a permanent magnet movably combined to the first cylinder member, to mount a conductive object; a pair of electromagnets combined to the hanger body, to give magnetic force to the object; and a clamping member clamping the object mounted to the permanent magnet by operation of a second cylinder member installed to the hanger body.
