PURPOSE: A luminescent tire is provided to make a sidewall part luminescent by spreading and curing luminescent paint including photoluminescent pigment and luminescent pigment before curing tire sidewall rubber composition. CONSTITUTION: In a luminescent tire, luminescent pigment having the pigment content of 10¯59% by weight is spread on a sidewall part, with width of 1¯3cm and thickness of 100¯1000micron m. The ratio of photoluminescent pigment and luminescent pigment in the pigment is 8 to 2 ¯ 4 to 6. The surface of the pigment is treated with Cu(Cuprum) or Eu(Europium). In the pigment, the particle size is 100¯110 mesh, the excitation wavelength is 200¯450nm, and the emission peak wavelength is 470¯510nm.
