PURPOSE: A low voltage detector is provided to freely and exactly detect low voltage regardless of the influence due to the change of a temperature, process, and operation voltage. CONSTITUTION: A load part(21) is installed between a power supply terminal and an input node for supplying supply voltage to the input node. A flash memory cell(M21) which is connected to a ground terminal through a gate terminal controls the voltage of the input node according to the load current flowed through the load part and cell current. A drain bias circuit(22) controls the voltage of a drain terminal of the flash memory cell. In the device, a switching part(N21) is driven according to the output of the drain bias circuit, and an inverting part(I21) inverts the voltage of the input node.
