PURPOSE: Provided is an automated centrifuge system which characteristically automates the centrifugation process by using a sensor and a marking part. CONSTITUTION: An automated centrifuge system is characterized by comprising a centrifuge with a rotor having at least two swing buckets, a robot with a gripper and fingers, and a control unit to control centrifugation process and the operation of the robot.
