PURPOSE: A peel strength measuring apparatus for fabrics is provided to measure and display a load applied to a fabric sample by electronically controlling an operation of the peel strength measuring apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A peel strength measuring apparatus(10) for fabrics includes a test sample mounting section having a moving gripper(26) and a fixing gripper(28), and a load applying section for applying tensile load to the moving gripper(26) in parallel to a fabric test sample. A load measuring section(30) is provided to measure tensile load applied to first and second fabric layers in real time. A control section is provided to control an operation of the peel strength measuring apparatus(10) and to receive data from the load measuring section(30). The load applying section includes a motor, a belt(24), and a roller(20) positioned between the motor and the belt(24).
