PURPOSE: A system for providing plural drawing chances and point in case that a user buys items, and a method for operating for the same are provided to a provider to sell items with a drawing application number, and a user inputs the drawing number to a provider's web page. CONSTITUTION: A provider(10) sells items with a drawing application number, and offers free gift according to the drawing result. A user(40) buys items, and inputs drawing number to a provider's web site. A membership store(30) process the result of the drawing as an agency of the provider(10). A service provider(20) manages the free gift event.
