PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a roast plate with germanium and ruddle is provided to improve the strength of the roast plate and to prevent the roast plate from cracking. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a roast plate with germanium and ruddle comprises the steps of: mixing germanium powder and ruddle; heating and mixing pulp, fiber, wheat flour, and water with the mixture of the germanium powder; adding grain syrup and cooking oil to the mixture; and forming the roast plate with the mixture.
