At least part of the sensor element with at least one pressure sensor is movably mounted in a pouch on the textile material. The device has at least two layers of a textile material with a heating conductor (1) between them and a sensor element (3) also between them and based on plastic foil with at least one pressure sensor (2) subjected to almost no relevant thermal and/or electrical disturbing effects of the heating conductor and/or mechanical effects after application of the seat covering. At least part of the sensor element with at least one pressure sensor is movably mounted in a pouch-shaped formation on the textile material.
