Anti-Carbohydrate Deficient Transferrin (CDT) spezific antibody, its production and use

Antibody (Ab) that, in aqueous solution, binds selectively to carbohydrate-deficient transferrin (CDT) without having to bind CDT to a solid phase. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) antibody (Ab1) that binds selectively to CDT at regions (1)-(4) (single-letter amino acid code): VVARSMGGKEDLIWELL (1); TTEDSIAKIMNGEADAMSLDGGF (2); SKLSMGSGLNLSEPN (3) and YEKYLGEEYVKAV (4); (2) antigen-binding fragments of Ab and Ab1; (3) methods for preparing Ab and Ab1; (4) immunoassay for detecting CDT using Ab or Ab1, or their fragments; and (5) test kit for method (3).
