PURPOSE: Provided are cement and mortar containing tourmaline, which have far infrared emission, humidity control, deodorization and sterilization to improve human health. CONSTITUTION: The cement containing tourmaline applied to construction comprises 40kg of cement and 20kg of tourmaline powder. The mortar containing tourmaline comprises 40kg of cement, 60kg of sand and 20kg of tourmaline powder. The mixed raw materials are packed and mixed with water in the construction field, particularly for plastering.
