PURPOSE: A guide device in an FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board) and a mobile terminal having the same are provided to improve the reliability of products by preventing the damage of the FPCB, buffer an opening and closing force by a hinge device, and stop an LCD at a certain angle. CONSTITUTION: A body(100) corresponds to an inside diameter shape of a guide case of an LCD in which a hinge device is accommodated. A guide long groove(200) is incised at a certain length in an axis direction from one end of the body(100). A pair of guide asperities(310,320) having a certain width are oppositely extended in the axis direction from a peripheral portion of the other end of the body(100). A pair of combination asperities(410,420) are horizontal with the guide long groove(200) and are oppositely extended from the peripheral portion of the other end of the body(100).
