PURPOSE: Structure for a connector of a fuel filter is provided to supply fuel to an engine by connecting a piston to a fuel passage in inserting a fuel pipe to a connector housing, and to prevent leakage of fuel from the filter in separating the fuel pipe from the connector of the fuel filter after checking starting of the engine with inserting the connector housing to the filter case. CONSTITUTION: A fuel passage(11) is formed in a filter case(10) to flow fuel, and an assembling part(12) is formed in the filter case to combine a connector. A projection(13) is protruded inward in the inner end of the assembling part, and a communication hole(14) is connected to the fuel passage. A cylindrical connector housing(20) is inserted to the assembling part, and an operating piston(30) is inserted to the connector housing and elastically supported by a spring(31). An insertion part is formed in the end of the operating piston and fitted to the communication hole. Plural through holes(34) are formed in the outer periphery of the insertion part. The spring is mounted between the connector housing and the operating piston to move the operating piston to the opening of the connector housing by applying elastic force.
