摘要 PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for removing particles of unburnt coal in fly ash are provided to recycle fly ash as an industrial resource by removing unburnt fine particles of coal remained in fly ash in a high efficiency at low cost. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a coal decomposition furnace(10) which is connected to a syn gas burner for producing syn gas of H2 and CO so that H2O and CO2 of high temperature generated from the syn gas burner are introduced in the coal decomposition furnace(10) through gas inflow port(13), and in which fly ash generated during combustion of coal is introduced through fly ash inflow port(14) so that CO and H2 are discharged to the outside of the coal decomposition furnace(10) through exhaust port(15) by reacting coal particles remained in the fly ash with the H2O and CO2 of high temperature respectively, wherein the coal particle free fly ash is collected through discharge port(16) formed on a lower part of the coal decomposition furnace(10) so that the collected coal particle free fly ash is recycled as a material for cement, and the coal decomposition furnace(10) comprises a refractory insulating wall body(11) formed of cerakwool that is a type of ceramic fiber, and a SiC coating layer(12) formed on an inner wall of the refractory insulating wall body(11).
