PURPOSE: A noise reducing device of a front cover is provided to collect scattered oil and oil steam in an engine to a lattice-shaped structure of a noise cut-off plate, form fluid film, and shut off the radiation of engine noise by mounting the noise cut-off plate of the dense lattice structure in the front cover and to reduce the weight of the front cover without adding a thick rib to the front cover or thickening the rib. CONSTITUTION: A noise reducing device of a front cover(1) mounted to the front of an engine combines a noise cut-off plate(10) having a dense lattice structure to collect and form oil steam and scattered oil in the engine into fluid film to the inside of the front cover. The noise cut-off plate is made by doubly combining first and second wire nets(11,12) having a dense lattice shape.
