PURPOSE: An automatically controllable circuit breaker for preventing leakage overload is provided to prevent the noise and the overheat of a holding coil and reduce a manufacturing cost by connecting or disconnecting automatically a contact point in response to the detected current. CONSTITUTION: An automatically controllable circuit breaker for preventing leakage overload includes a sensor portion, an amplification portion, a CPU, a first solenoid(10), a clip(20), an arm base(31), a main arm(32), and a second solenoid(15). The sensor portion senses the generation of the leakage or the over-current in AC transmission line. The amplification portion amplifies an output value of the sensor portion. The CPU generates a plurality of control signals corresponding to the output value of the amplification portion. The first solenoid(10) includes a solenoid core which is elastically operated by a spring. The clip(20) is connected to the solenoid core. A rotary pin connected to a screw(22) is formed at both ends of the clip(20). A hanger(33) is projected from a lower portion of the arm base(31). The main arm(32) is installed on an upper face of the arm base(31). The second solenoid(15) is located under a head of the main arm(32).
