PURPOSE: A standby ticket issuing machine having a client call device is provided to consult a client's convenience during a waiting period by adding a calling function to the standby ticket issuing machine. CONSTITUTION: A standby ticket issuing machine having a client call device includes a display(120), a key input part(110), a memory(130), a control part(160), and a dialing part(150). The display portion(120) displays a standby number of a standby ticket. The key input portion(110) receives a client's address and telephone number. The memory portion(130) stores the standby number and the client's address and telephone number. The control part(160) compares the displayed standby number to the stored standby number and outputs a call control signal. The dialing part(150) connects the client's address and telephone number according to the control signal.
